4. Please do pay attention:

  • In case cancellations is made directly from the airlines, then it must be informed to the Flybeet and an amount will be equal to the base fare, excluding the service fee and taxes, and the amount will be refunded by our end.
  • Fares are not guaranteed until booked and may change at any time without any prior notice.
  • If in case, the fare booked is not available anymore, then you will be provided with alternate options. You have all the rights to cancel the booking without any cost charged against it or can select the updated option at the currently available rates.
  • In case the payment is been charged, the ticket(s) will be emailed to you within 4 hours of realization of the full payment.
  • If in case your credit card gets a decline, then the customer will be informed at the same time through email or over the phone. In such cases, it is the customer's sole responsibility to get in touch with the bank and make sure that a sufficient balance is available on the card for the issuance of the flight ticket.
  • Additional charges are always applied for using multiple cards.
  • Name of the passenger is not permitted. If there is an error in the booking or in the ticket, the customer should report on the same day.
  • Changes and the cancellation are highly dependent on the airline penalties, whereas some tickets, being non-refundable, may be reused later than per the fare guidelines by the Airline. Partially used tickets and 'NO Show' tickets are completely non-refundable. In the case of 'NO Show', the entire ticket amount will be forfeiture by the airline.
  • Refund time limit may vary from airline to airline. Usually, we suggest our customers claim within 10-12 weeks for the refund amount to update in their account. Refund is initiated in the original form of payment.
  • Airline tickets are valid for one year from the date of issuance. There is always a time limit to every flight ticket in which the travel should be completed but in some cases, the validity may not be possible due to various rate restrictions. If you need more detailed information about the same, please contact the respective airlines.
  • With the "Domestic" we allow any travel within the 50 United States and with the "International" we allow all travel except the domestic travel. Check-in time for domestic travel is 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight and for International Travel is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
  • Infant is considered as a traveller who is less than 24 months in terms of age, else child fares are applicable.
  • Unaccompanied policy differs from Airline to Airline. Kindly confirm before making a new reservation if there is an unaccompanied minor is travelling can call our phone number
  • Kindly assure that you appear at the correct airline counter if in case the flight is operated by a code share partner.
  • It is the customer's sole responsibility that all the details for the travel documents are correct and in case of any errors or discrepancies, bring it to our notice immediately. Please obtain a VISA prior to your scheduled departure date. Flybeet doesn't arrange for visas.   • Flybeet don't take any responsibility for any airline cancellations, reschedules, or delays of a flight for any reason. For all the reservations booked through us, and we will try to assist in providing new arrangements. After check-in, you have to work directly with the airline to reach the specific destination or to make any alternate arrangements, including the amendments to the return services. Airline fees often apply for modifications to the scheduled air not related to airline flight cancellations, delays reschedule. These fees are payable to the airline directly at the time of the claim.


5. Cancel and Exchange


•More of the fight tickets available on Flybeet 100% non-refundable. However, in few cases the airline does permit flight cancellations, your refund may be credited for the future purchase of a flight ticket and with the same airline. This credit amount initiated by the airline comes with an expiration date as well, and we do suggest you check with the concerned airline for additional restrictions related to the same. In cases where booking cancellation is allowed, you must place your cancellation request with our customer support service prior to the scheduled departure of the flight at a time. At the same time, we do not guarantee any booking cancellation of the flight tickets. You can plan to initiate a new booking by redeeming your airline credit points, where you have to pay the required fare difference (if any), in some case Flybeet post-ticketing fees and airline penalties are applicable. These changes are applied as per the fare rules and policies of the specific airlines and are outside the scope of our terms for use.
• We don't make any additional representation for our exchange fees, except our agent’s guides you while you search for the new flights and re-booking your travel based upon the flight availability and on the other factors.


6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of USA and shall be interpreted accordingly. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA.

Online Flight Booking

Travellers booking online with flybeet.com must provide updated information, including personally identifiable details. Upon receipt and acceptance of a booking request, a Confirmation Email and Standard Invoice will be sent to the customer's email inbox.
flybeet.com does not guarantee or warrant any Holiday Packages, Flight Tickets, or other travel arrangements. We are not responsible for circumstances such as Virus Infections, Spread of Diseases, or environmental hazards that may lead to flight ticket cancellations and significantly impact travel plans.


Website Accuracy

Cancellation of flights and refunds for flight tickets may involve a processing period before funds are credited back to the respective Debit Card/Credit Card account.


Mobile/Telephone Flight Bookings

Customers initiating flight ticket bookings must provide complete and accurate information. The accuracy of this information is the responsibility of the provider. If a third party's Credit Card/Debit Card is utilized, explicit authorization must be obtained from the primary information provider, ensuring adequate funds to cover travel expenses.

Upon acceptance of the flight booking, flybeet.com reserves the right to process payments from the Credit Card/Debit Card on behalf of the customer, accompanied by a Confirmation Invoice sent to the charged cardholder.

Upon receiving the confirmation via email, we advise customers to review their personal details for accuracy. Any discrepancies should be promptly reported to us, as changes cannot be made after the booking is finalized and flight tickets are issued.


Travel Documents

Customers are strongly advised to ensure possession of up-to-date and valid travel documents before confirming bookings. Essential documents include passports, visas, transit visas, and immunization records. Processing these documents may require time; thus, thorough verification of details and validity is recommended.

Visa regulations are subject to sudden changes. Therefore, Flybeet cannot guarantee confirmation of alterations in rules and regulations and shall not assume responsibility for visa considerations.


Baggage Policy

Generally, ticket prices include the standard baggage allowance provided by the airline. However, some carriers operate as "No Frills" airlines, imposing additional charges for baggage. These fees must be settled with the airline or flybeet.com prior to flight departure. For detailed information on baggage policies, please contact our sales agents.


Alterations to Flight Bookings

Flight bookings may be modified under specific circumstances. Requests for changes to travel arrangements must be initiated by the supplier, with associated charges determined by the supplier.


Note:

Name changes are strictly prohibited once flight tickets or hotel accommodations are confirmed.


Cancellations Initiated by the Traveller/Customer

Individuals booking flights or other travel arrangements through flybeet.com may request cancellations in writing. Such requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure of the initial flight segment.

While we facilitate cancellations, monetary deposits will be retained throughout the process. Additional charges may be applicable for flight ticket cancellations.

Most flight tickets issued by Flybeet are non-changeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. The terms and conditions of the flight ticket will be provided to the traveller/customer in writing by the Sales Agent at the time of booking.


Note:

Should the Traveller/Customer wish to cancel, changes must be communicated to flybeet.com at least 72 hours prior to the departure time of the first flight segment.


Changes Initiated by the Traveller/Customer

If changes are permitted and made by the Traveller/Customer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure, charges will apply. These charges may include penalties for date changes, fare differences, tax adjustments, and administrative fees.


Note:

Changes to flight tickets initiated by the Traveller/Customer must be communicated to flybeet.com via telephone or email. We will confirm if the conditions of the flight ticket allow changes and, if permissible, request written confirmation.

Changes to flight tickets are subject to validation and supplier constraints. Any significant increase in the cost of the flight booking resulting from changes will be borne by the Traveller/Customer.


Cancellations/Amendments Initiated by the Travel Supplier

Airlines reserve the right to initiate changes or alterations under exceptional circumstances to ensure operational continuity. Flybeet and its partners do not bear responsibility nor have control over such changes, which are contingent upon existing airfare restrictions and seat availability.


Payment Deposits

When booking flights or opting for any travel arrangements through flybeet.com, deposits equivalent to £100 must be made by the Traveller/Customer. The deposit amount is calculated based on the cumulative cost of the holiday.

The remaining balance must be settled by the Traveller/Customer no later than 8 weeks prior to the flight departure. Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of bookings and travel arrangements made through flybeet.com. Additionally, the initial deposit will be forfeited.


Force Majeure

flybeet.com and its partners shall not be liable for compensation in circumstances where cancellations or changes to travel arrangements occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances include natural disasters, nuclear hazards, environmental disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods), socio-economic upheavals, terrorist activities, or other unforeseeable events.

"Modifications to Travel Services by flybeet.com:

flybeet.com reserves the necessary authority to amend travel arrangements, flight services, or ground operations. Notification of any such modifications will be provided to YOU, THE TRAVELLER, OR ANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS in advance.


Resolution of Complaints:

At flybeet.com, resolving grievances is a top priority. If you encounter any issues during your journey, promptly raise them with the relevant Supplier (such as hotels, car rental companies, or airlines). Early reporting facilitates quicker resolution. If your grievance remains unresolved, follow up within 28 days of your return. Provide your original booking reference and travel details to our customer support agent. Failure to follow these steps may hinder resolution and affect compensation eligibility.

B) Adherence to the sequential processing outlined in eTickets is crucial. Failure to complete any segment will result in subsequent segments' cancellation without refund entitlement.

C) Each eTicket represents an independent trip. flybeet.com disclaims liability for missed connections or refund processing due to timetable changes, delays, or cancellations.


Flight Schedule Flexibility:

Flight timings are subject to change without prior notice due to various factors. 'Direct' flights mentioned in eTickets may not always be 'Non-Stop.' Departure and arrival times are estimates and may change due to factors like air traffic control or weather conditions.

Special Requests and Medical Considerations:

Passengers are encouraged to communicate special requests during bookings. While efforts will be made to accommodate these requests, fulfilment cannot be guaranteed. Failure to accommodate medical conditions may result in booking cancellation at flybeet.com's discretion.

We will endeavour to liaise with airlines to accommodate your needs during the flight. However, acceptance of such requests is subject to availability and the discretion of the respective airlines.


Direct International Flights:

Certain flight routes may involve aircraft changes or touchdown points. Additionally, flights routed through the USA require Customs and Immigration clearance upon first entry. For detailed information, please consult our Customer Care office.


Agreements on Codeshare Flights:

As part of airline alliances, Codeshare agreements allow one airline to provide services on behalf of another. Travellers/Passengers/Customers will receive detailed itineraries outlining the terms of Codeshare agreements.


Difference between Direct and Non-Stop Flights:

Direct flights may pause for refueling or technical reasons, whereas Non-stop flights proceed without interruption from origin to destination.


Airport Departure Taxes:

Various countries impose Airport or Departure Taxes, which must be prepaid. These taxes are added to the quoted ticket price for Travellers/Passengers/Customers. Additionally, local taxes may apply upon arrival.


Frequent Flyer Schemes:

While airlines offer Frequent Flyer Programs, not all are listed by Flybeet. Travellers/Customers are advised to confirm with the respective airline regarding their Frequent Flyer Schemes or Memberships prior to booking. Flybeet bears no responsibility for airlines' inability to redeem such schemes.


LAW OF CONTRACT:

The contract is established between The Company (Flybeet) and the relevant party, which may include YOU, THE TRAVELLER, or ANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS. Any disputes shall be resolved in English and Welsh Courts. In the event of disputes in Scotland or Northern Ireland, resolution shall occur within their respective jurisdictions.
